The Cleanest Lab offers a 60 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact hello@thecleanest.org with your name, order number, and explanation on which product(s) you would like refunded.
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and ApplePay when applicable. Please note we do not accept checks or money orders.

A standard shipping rate of $9.99 is issued on all orders under $75.00. We offer Free Shipping for orders over $75.00. We offer Expedited Shipping for $19.99.
Orders will ship via UPS Ground or USPS. Your order will be packed and shipped within two business days of placing your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you may follow your order until it is delivered.
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to Florida. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.
The Cleanest Lab does not currently ship internationally.
